Genuine replacement 1.5HP impeller designed for Aqua-Flo 48 Frame Side or Center Discharge wet ends in the FMHP, FMCP, FMVP, and TMCP series. This impeller is engineered for motors rated at approximately 9.0 Amps on high speed at 230V and 14.0 Amps at 115V. Installed between the face and volute of compatible Aqua-Flo wet ends.

Important: We strongly recommend replacing your seal simultaneously with impeller replacement. This component requires a PS-200 / HTP35-423-1020 Seal, available separately at SpaShopper.

Identification Number: The code 91693651 may appear stamped on the impeller back for reference.

Frame Identification Guide: Distinguish between 48 Frame and 56 Frame wet ends by measuring motor through-bolt spacing. 48 Frame measures 3 5/8" between bolts or 5 3/16" in X pattern with 1/4" bolt head. 56 Frame measures 4 1/8" between bolts or 5 3/4" in X pattern with 5/16" bolt head.

Reference Note: A 115V motor with 1 HP impeller typically draws 11-12.0 Amps on high speed; a 230V motor draws approximately 8.0 Amps on high. Consult amperage charts for other horsepower ratings.

Critical Warning: Never install a larger impeller attempting to increase performance. Oversized impellers cause motor damage and overheating at high speed. Additionally, wear ring sizes differ between horsepower ranges—1-3HP wear rings are larger than 4-5HP wear rings, creating incompatibility issues if incorrect impeller size is selected.
