Replacement 0.75HP (3/4HP) Impeller designed for Aqua-Flo 48 Frame Side or Center Discharge FMHP, FMCP, FMVP, and TMCP Series Wet Ends with .75HP motors drawing approximately 7.0 Amps on High Speed at 230V and 7-8.0 Amps at 115V. Positioned between the Face and Volute of your Aqua-Flo FMHP, FMCP, FMVP, and TMCP Series Wet End assembly. We strongly recommend replacing the seal during impeller replacement. Compatible seal: PS-200 / HTP35-423-1020, available at SpaShopper. Please verify compatibility carefully before ordering, as returns are not accepted. Check our store for additional spa products and accessories. Reference the chart below to confirm HP rating. 48 Frame versus 56 Frame identification: 48 Frame features 3 5/8" motor thru bolt spacing or 5 3/16" measured in X Pattern with 1/4" bolt heads; 56 Frame measures 4 1/8" spacing or 5 3/4" in X Pattern with 5/16" bolt heads.

Reference Note: 115V motors using 1 HP impellers typically draw 11-12.0 Amps on high speed; 230V motors draw approximately 8.0 Amps on high. Consult chart below for other horsepower ratings.

Critical Warning: Never install a larger impeller attempting to increase hot tub power. Oversized impellers cause motor damage and overheating at high speed. Additionally, two different wear ring sizes exist: 1-3HP wear rings are larger than 4-5HP wear rings, so incorrect impeller sizing results in wear ring incompatibility.
