Aqua-Flo 1HP Impeller designed for 48 Frame Side or Center Discharge wet ends in FMHP, FMCP, FMVP, and TMCP Series pumps operating at approximately 8.0 Amps on High Speed (230V).

This genuine replacement impeller installs between the Face and Volute components of compatible Aqua-Flo wet ends. We strongly recommend replacing your seal simultaneously with impeller replacement to ensure optimal performance. This component requires a PS-200 Seal for proper operation.

The part number 91693601 may appear stamped on the reverse side of some units.

Important Amperage Reference: For motors running on 115v with a 1HP impeller, expect approximately 11-12.0 Amps on high speed. Motors operating on 230V will draw about 8.0 Amps on High speed. Always verify amperage ratings before ordering.

Critical Warning: Never install a larger impeller hoping to increase your hot tub's power output. Oversized impellers will overheat and permanently damage your motor during high-speed operation. Two different wear ring sizes exist, so proper sizing is essential.

Frame Identification Guide: Distinguish between 48 Frame and 56 Frame wet ends by measuring motor thru bolt spacing. 48 Frame models measure 3 5/8" between bolts or 5 3/16" in an X Pattern with 1/4" Bolt Heads. 56 Frame models measure 4 1/8" between bolts or 5 3/4" in an X Pattern with 5/16" Bolt Heads.
