This genuine 2.0HP impeller is engineered for Aqua-Flo 48 Frame side or center discharge wet ends in the FMHP, FMCP, FMVP, and TMCP pump series. Designed for motors drawing approximately 10.0 Amps at high speed operation, this component installs between the pump face and volute housing.

Factory part number stamped on impeller back: 91693701

This impeller requires a PS-200 / HTP35-423-1020 seal (available separately at SpaShopper). We strongly recommend seal replacement whenever installing a new impeller to ensure optimal performance and prevent leaks.

CRITICAL SIZING INFORMATION: Never install an oversized impeller hoping for increased flow - this will overheat and damage your motor. Different horsepower impellers have different wear ring dimensions. Always verify your motor's amperage rating before ordering.

Amperage reference guide: 1HP motors on 115v draw 11-12.0 Amps at high speed; 230v motors draw approximately 8.0 Amps at high speed. Consult the amperage chart to confirm proper horsepower selection.

48 Frame identification: Motor through-bolts measure 3 5/8" apart (or 5 3/16" diagonal X-pattern) with 1/4" bolt heads. Compare to 56 Frame which measures 4 1/8" apart (or 5 3/4" diagonal) with 5/16" bolt heads.
