This is a Complete Aqua-Flo 2.0HP Wet End Assembly featuring 2" x 2" connections (approximately 3" across threads) with side discharge configuration for 48 frame XP2 and XP2e pump systems. Designed for compatibility with 48 frame motors rated at 10.0 Amps high speed for 230V operation or 16.0 Amps high speed for 115V operation with 1/4" thru-bolt configuration. Works with both single speed and dual speed motor configurations. Features 90-degree rotational capability for adjustable discharge positioning. This complete assembly includes: volute housing, mechanical seal, impeller, wear ring, suction cover, suction cover o-ring, drain plug with o-ring, and all necessary suction cover mounting screws.

For installations requiring a barb fitting on the wet end face for small hose connections, consider these compatible options. Silicon sealant is strongly recommended for proper installation as pipe tape does not provide adequate sealing on these fittings:

Important Selection Note: Always verify horsepower selection based on your motor's amperage rating using the reference chart below. A 48 frame motor typically measures approximately 5 1/2" across the motor body, features 1/4" thru-bolt heads, and has approximately 5 3/16" spacing between thru-bolts when measured in cross pattern. By comparison, 56 frame motors measure roughly 6 1/4" across the motor body, use 5/16" thru-bolt heads, and have approximately 5 7/8" thru-bolt spacing in cross pattern configuration.
