This is a factory-spec FMHP wet end assembly by Aqua-Flo, engineered for 1.0HP operation with 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" plumbing connections (thread diameter measures approximately 2-3/8" across). Features side discharge configuration and fits 48 frame motors exclusively.

Electrical Specifications: Designed for 48 frame motors drawing approximately 8.0 Amps at high speed when wired for 230V operation, or approximately 12 Amps when configured for 115V. Compatible with both single-speed and dual-speed motor configurations.

Assembly Includes: This complete wet end package contains the volute housing, shaft seal, impeller, wear ring, suction cover with O-ring, drain plug with O-ring, suction cover mounting screws, and all necessary components for installation. The volute can be rotated 90 degrees to adjust discharge orientation as needed.

Frame Identification Guide: Proper horsepower selection must be based on your motor's actual amperage rating. A 48 frame motor measures approximately 5-1/2" in diameter, uses 1/4" head thru-bolts, and has approximately 5-3/16" spacing between thru-bolts (measured diagonally). For comparison, 56 frame motors measure approximately 6-1/4" across, feature 5/16" head thru-bolts, and have approximately 5-7/8" spacing between thru-bolts in a cross pattern.
