This part is a 2" Pump Union Split Nut Repair Kit which includes the split nut and (2) Screws. Repairs 2" Pump Unions that have cracked from over tightening or a freeze up. Fits most plumbing setups and will prevent a replumb of your union and any parts glued to it. This Pump Union Split Nut measures about 3" on the inside of the threads and about 2 3/4" ID at the flange. If your pumps union threads measure 3" across then this is the correct part for you. Will not fit Hayward or Jacuzzi Swivel (J Pump) unions

To Install this repair kit you will need to cut off your old cracked union nut with a hacksaw, dremel or other tool - Be careful to cut only the nut! Once removed simply put the two parts around the pvc pipe and tighten up the two included phillips head screws. See the video below for more helpful tips!
