Repair your broken pump union without replacing all the glued components using this 2 1/2 inch Pump Union Split Nut Repair Kit. Complete kit contains the split nut component plus (2) mounting screws designed for 2 1/2 inch pump unions.

The split nut component features an exterior dimension of approximately 3 3/4 inches and secures to your current pump union body with 2 screws that keep everything firmly positioned.

Thread specifications: approximately 3 5/16 inch internal diameter on the threads, with a 3 1/4 inch interior nut measurement. Installation involves mounting on your original pump union holding flange, then threading onto pump threads with a gasket positioned between union and pump.

Compatibility check: Works with 2 inch or 2 1/2 inch pump union plumbing where pump threads are 2 1/2 inch (threaded section measures roughly 3 5/8 inches across from edge to edge).

Please note: This configuration is the least commonly used version.
