Standard 5.5KW Incoloy heating element designed for 230V or 115V spa systems, engineered with the distinctive rear bend required for Balboa M-7 heater tube installations.

This replacement heating element provides universal compatibility with Balboa M-7, Gecko, ACC, and the majority of standard hot tub heater tube assemblies commonly found in modern spa equipment.

Constructed from durable Incoloy material, this element delivers reliable performance for typical hot tub heating applications.

Note: SpaShopper also carries a premium Titanium version of this element that offers superior resistance to harsh chemicals and saltwater environments.

Troubleshooting Tips: If your element trips the circuit breaker during testing, disconnect power and reset the breaker. Reconnect to confirm the element is the source. For electrical testing, measure resistance between the two terminals using an ohmmeter - a properly functioning element should read approximately 10.5K ohms. A reading of 0K indicates an open circuit. If the breaker doesn't trip and resistance tests normal, investigate alternative causes including faulty pressure switch, clogged filter cartridge, inadequate water circulation, or control board circuit issues. The pressure switch component is included with this heater and is available as a separate replacement part if needed.
