This part is a Vacuum Switch that can be found on the Safety Suction Systems on some Cal Spa brand tubs and others..

This switch is a normally open switch and when it sense Vacuum it closes the switch and turns off the Control System..

The idea here is if someone got caught underwater on one of the suctions then it will create enough vacuum and close the switch and free the person..
