Circuit Boards & Sensors
Circuit boards and sensors are critical electronic components used in hot tubs
and spas to control temperature safety functions pumps heaters lights and other
equipment. These components work together to monitor conditions and manage spa
operation.
This category includes spa control circuit boards topside interface boards
temperature sensors high limit sensors flow sensors pressure switches and related
electronic components used in spa control systems.
Circuit boards process input from sensors and user controls to operate spa
equipment safely and efficiently. Sensors provide real-time feedback for water
temperature heater operation and safety limits. A failure in either component
can cause error codes shutdowns heating problems or equipment not operating.
Common reasons for replacement include water intrusion corrosion sensor failure
communication errors blown components or damage caused by power surges or
overheating. Incorrect replacement can result in continued faults or damage to
other spa components.
Proper identification is critical. Circuit boards and sensors must match the
original part numbers system configuration and compatibility requirements exactly.
Do not assume parts are interchangeable even if they look similar.
Before ordering verify the spa model control system brand part number and sensor
type. Replacing a sensor with the wrong resistance value or installing an
incorrect circuit board can cause immediate system errors.
If you are unsure which circuit board or sensor is correct for your spa do not
guess. Text clear photos of the existing board sensor labels and control box and
we will help confirm the correct replacement before you order.
