This part is a Black Wide 12 3/4" wide x 5" Tall (2) Tabs that are 8" center to center Hot Tub Neck Pillow that fits Four Winds Brand Hot Tubs. 25715-204 or FW11004.

It is Black in color.

Compare the pictures and be sure.

Note: The original version of this pillow that had peaks and valleys (example in Picture Area) in the back is obsolete this is the correct and only replacement pillow.. If this pillow will not work there are no other choices..
