Four Winds Black Wide Neck Pillow for the Kauai and Martin models. Measures 12 3/4" wide x 5" Tall and has (2) Tabs on the rear that are 8" center to center. Sometimes refereed to as 25715-204 or FW11004.Compare the pictures and measurements to be sure this is the correct pillow for your spa.

Please Note: The original version of this pillow that had peaks and valleys (example in Picture Area) in the back is obsolete this is the correct and only replacement pillow.. If this pillow will not work there are no other choices
