This internal retaining ring component is designed specifically for Waterway Power Storm jet assemblies. Measuring 3 5/16" in total diameter with a center opening of approximately 2 9/16", this critical part secures with (2) screws to keep your jet firmly seated within the body housing.
When this retaining ring becomes worn or damaged, you'll notice your jet won't remain properly positioned in the body. It's important to also inspect the diffuser, as a faulty diffuser can produce similar symptoms where the jet fails to stay secure in place.
