Important Notice: This compact pressure switch model has been discontinued. We stock the updated Dtec-2 Pressure Switch as a direct replacement.

Product Overview: This D-Tec Universal 1 Amp 2PSI Pressure Switch is engineered with 1/8" MPT standard threads and dual spade connectors for simple two-wire hookup. Its compact design makes it perfect for tight installations where space is limited.

Universal Compatibility: Works seamlessly with Balboa, Gecko, ACC, Hydroquip, Len Gordon, Maddux, and virtually all standard hot tub heater tubes on the market.

Troubleshooting Pressure Switch Failures: Common failure modes include the switch remaining open when the pump activates and creates pressure, or failing to open when the pump shuts down. Either condition typically triggers a flow error code on digital control systems. Before replacing, verify your pump operates correctly and filter isn't clogged, as these issues also cause flow codes.

Application Specifications: Designed for digital spa control systems with low current applications drawing 1 Amp or less across the switch. Not suitable for air button systems where heater power runs through the switch (requiring 20-25 Amp switches). High-amperage applications are uncommon and typically found only in 115V air button configurations.

CRITICAL WARNING: DO NOT ADJUST THIS SWITCH - DOING SO VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES! If you believe adjustment is necessary, contact SpaShopper support first. Needing adjustment usually indicates another underlying problem that switch modification won't resolve permanently.
