This vertical low-flow heater assembly is engineered specifically for Sundance Spas systems. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this heating element measures 3-1/2" x 13" and operates at 5.5kW/240v for reliable performance.

The unit features a 3/4" barb inlet and 3/4" 90-degree barb outlet configuration, ensuring proper water flow and compatibility with Sundance plumbing systems.

Testing Before Purchase: Before ordering a replacement, test your existing element for electrical resistance. A properly functioning element should read approximately 10.5K ohms when measured across the two electrodes. If your breaker trips repeatedly, disconnect the heater and test from each electrode to ground with the power off and water still in the spa. Any reading to ground indicates the element has developed a leak and is shorting through the water, requiring immediate replacement.
