This replacement heating element features a 5" x 5" flange design rated at 5.5kw (230V) or 1.375Kw (115V) and includes gasket, O-ring, and mounting bolts. Designed for plastic heater housings commonly found in Brett Aqualine, Premier, Allstate, and Hot Water Products spa systems. This flanged heater also fits Vita Spa, Streamline, and numerous other brands. Component specifications include dual 5/16" thermowells, 1/8" NPT pressure switch tap, current collector bolt hole, and thermodisc stud. Flange mounting holes measure 4" on center.

Troubleshooting tip: If your heater trips the circuit breaker, disconnect the element and verify the breaker remains on. Reconnect the heater - if tripping recurs, the element requires replacement. For non-tripping scenarios, use an ohm meter across the two terminals - proper resistance reads approximately 10.5K ohms. A reading of 0K indicates an open element. When the heater doesn't trip the breaker and tests within normal resistance range, investigate alternative no-heat causes including pressure switch failure, clogged filtration, inadequate water circulation, or control board open circuits.
