This PVC coupling fitting joins two sections of 1" pipe or connects pipe to fittings in your hot tub plumbing system. Both ends feature slip connections designed to accept 1" pipe or fittings measuring 1 1/4" OD (outside diameter).
Each slip socket has an inside diameter of 1 1/4" to accommodate standard 1" spa plumbing components.
Important Sizing Information: PVC fittings are named according to the inside diameter of the pipe they connect to, not the actual opening size. This means you need to measure the outside diameter of your existing pipe to determine the correct fitting size to purchase. For reference, pipe labeled as 1" will measure 1 1/4" on the outside.
