PVC coupler, 3/8" ribbed barb x 3/8" ribbed barb. Used to to join together two pieces of 3/8" ID vinyl hose / tubing like the ones found on your jets air lines or air control valve manifold. This coupler is the ribbed style which gives a much better bite than smooth versions. Simply push it into your vinyl hose then add a clamp for extra hold.
