The Vico / BWG Ultima Ultra Jet circulation pumps were used on many spa brands but very popular in Cal spas to provide 24 hour filtration and heat. The Ultima wet end is equipped with 3/8" barbs for use with an optional heat jacket (Barb needs to be drilled out if needed). 1-1/2" union fittings (2-3/8" thread diameter) with center suction and side discharge. The wetend is adjustable to one of three positions. Replaces all previous versions in 230 Volts.
 
New redesigned versions of this pump now have a small junction box on the side of the motor for your electric hook up rather than in the rear of the motor like older models. This has been done because a cooling fan has been added to the back of the motor to increase the pump efficiency and running temp. They have also added a capacitor to the top of this motor which could play a part in your install if its in a tight spot.
