This specialty 16-port air manifold is commonly found in Sundance brand spas and other compatible hot tub models. The manifold features sixteen 3/8" barbed outlets and dual 1-1/2" connections—one slip end and one spigot (street) end for versatile plumbing configurations.

The slip end accepts 1-1/2" pipe (approximately 1-7/8" outside diameter) into the socket opening, while the spigot end inserts directly into a 1-1/2" fitting. Both ends use standard PVC solvent welding for permanent installation. Multiple manifolds can be connected together when additional air outlets are needed for your hot tub air system.

Individual 3/8" barbed ports can be capped off using appropriate barb plugs (sold separately) if fewer outlets are required for your specific application. This air distribution manifold works with standard 1-1/2" PVC schedule 40 fittings and 3/8" air tubing commonly used in spa plumbing systems.
