This kit is a that Fits Watkins, Vendor #04184, found under the name Wavemaster 3000 numbers Features (1) Seal, seal tool (2) Bearings and (1) 1/2 Oz Tube of The Professor's Silly Juice a Specially Formulated for Hot Tubs Silicon Sealer.
Note: Watkins used 4 different Brands of Wet Ends under the Wavemaster name.. Be sure that yours says 04184 on the label..
The Spring Seal part goes onto the shaft of the Impeller and the Ceramic & Rubber part that goes into the Volute. The Hole in both parts is about 5/8". To Install you should put silicon sealant on the shaft of the Impeller and gently push it onto shaft after you have put a small amount of The Professors Silly Juice on the Impeller Shaft. Also the rubber part can use a light coat of silicon to slide it into place in the Volute or Wet End Body. We offer these alone, with The Professor's Silly Juice (Special Hot Tub Silicon Sealer) or with an Impeller in a kit. So if you need an impeller look for the Hotspring Wavemaster Impeller Kit.
Please note: When you have a seal leaking in most cases you will need an impeller because the leak caused water to get into the metal shaft area that the impeller is screwed onto and expands and damages the impeller.
