This part is a 2 1/4" Wide cap 1"slip x 1"slip x 1"slip WaterWay Scalloped Spa Small Diverter Complete Assembly Gray Valve. This Valve can be found on a few brands but is a very rarely used valve... You may have a Waterfall Control valve that looks like this on the top but only has (2) 1" Slip Fittings look in the Waterfall section for that valve.. Compare the measurements to be sure this is correct.
