This part is a Halo Style Water Control Valve normally used for a Waterfall or Neck Jet Control, it is a full On/Off Valve made by Waterway, the plumbing connects are 3/4" Barb x 3/4" Barb Single Port.. To connect the valve to 3/4" plumbing simply glue outside of each barb port which would measure about 3/4" ID and we will list Connect Kits for the 3/4" Connections with a barbed coupler and piece of 3/4" clear pipe..
