This part is a VGB Compliant Suction 90 Degree Sweep Elbow Assembly made by Waterway it is a used with a 5" Suction Wall fitting that has a 2 1/2" Slip Hole... This fitting accepts a 3/4" tube on a the barb fitting and a 2" pipe which would measure about 2 3/8" OD inside of the Slip fitting on the 90 Sweep..
