This part is used to Test All Sensors On:
LX-20, LX-25, LX-30, SUNDANCE 400, 600, 750, 800 and 850 Circuit Boards.
It is able to Simulate a Working Temp Sensor, Hi-Limit and Flo-Switch for All the Circuit Boards Noted Above. It can be Considered a Necessity for Techs who Work on Sundance Spas.
The way you use this is unplug the Temp Sensor connector 16 pin type with the power off.. Power back up and then flip the toggle switch closed.. This will simulate the flow switch closing and the heater should come one and the temp sensor will read about 98 degrees so the system set at 100 degrees it gives you 2 degrees to run tests.. If the system operates normally with this in place the one of the components this plug simulates is the bad part.. Temp sensor, Hi Limit Sensor of Flow Switch..
