This part is a Pump Motor Starter Capacitor.. it is a 88-108 MFD or Microfarad.. 250V  
This capacitor measures 1-13/16"diameter x 3-3/8" Long 

Special Technical Note: The Capacitor is sometimes the cause of your motor not operating but often times it is the symptom of an internal issue inside the motor and the capacitor will fail again very quickly. Watch the video below to get an idea of what a successful capacitor repair and diagnosis looks like but be aware this is not always the outcome..

Note: Even if the voltage and MFD specs match up you must make sure the size of the capacitor are the same or it will not fit inside of the meatl cover on your motor...
