This part is a "Star" Handle Valve, Dan Kit, Waterfall or Neck Jet Control, On/Off Valve, Silver and Graphite, 1" Slip x 1" Slip, Single Port.

This kit can be found in many brands like Premium Leisure, Pinnacle and More.

To connect the valve to the original plumbing simply glue in the barbed connectors ports and use the clear tuning and babred couplers and clamps to the old tubing..
