Pentair Jet Bodies

Pentair jet bodies are durable replacement housings from Pentair (a leading spa/pool equipment brand), designed for secure mounting through the spa shell and connection to water lines. These bodies feature 1-1/2" or 2" plumbing ports (slip or threaded), internal nozzle threads, O-ring/gasket seats, and high-strength PVC construction—providing reliable support for directional, rotating, or massage jet inserts with excellent flow and leak resistance.

This category includes replacement Pentair jet bodies and compatible housings, in common sizes: 2" face standard, 3" large face, threaded (1-1/2" slip x slip or fpt), clamp-on styles, and configurations for seat, back, neck, or footwell jets. Compatible with Pentair-equipped spas/swim spas, some custom/hot tub builds using Pentair plumbing, and cross-fits for brands like Sundance, Jacuzzi, HydroQuip, or universal systems. Common problems include leaks at the shell from cracked Pentair bodies or worn O-rings/gaskets, restricted flow from internal scale/debris buildup, stripped internal threads from over-tightening nozzles, broken mounting tabs during removal/install, or vibration/noise from loose plumbing connections. Replacing a Pentair jet body restores watertight integrity and strong jet performance—typically a direct swap with new gasket and plumbing glue if required.

To select the right Pentair jet body:
- Identify your spa brand/model, year, jet location (seat, back, footwell), plumbing size (1-1/2" or 2"), mounting style (threaded/clamp), body depth, nozzle thread size, and any Pentair part numbers/markings (e.g., SP series, Pentair codes) on the existing body.
- Note symptoms (leaks around jet base, weak flow, visible cracks or debris inside body), or body condition.
