Hydro Air

Hydro Air jet bodies are reliable replacement housings from Hydro Air (a leading spa jet component supplier), designed for secure shell mounting and connection to water/air lines. These bodies feature 1" or 1-1/2" plumbing ports (slip or threaded), internal threads for nozzle/inserts, O-ring/gasket seats, and high-strength PVC construction—providing excellent flow for hydrotherapy jets while preventing leaks and supporting easy nozzle swaps.

This category includes replacement Hydro Air jet bodies and compatible housings, in common sizes: 2" face standard, 3" large face, mini bodies, threaded (1-1/2" slip x slip or fpt), clamp-on styles, and configurations for combo hydro/air jets, neck/back, or seat positions. Compatible with spas using Hydro Air plumbing: many Sundance, Jacuzzi, Hot Spring/Watkins, Balboa-equipped models, Dimension One, custom builds, and universal systems. Bodies include mounting flanges for various shell thicknesses and support Hydro Air nozzles or cross-compatible inserts.

Hydro Air jet bodies vary by plumbing size (1" vs. 1-1/2"), mounting type (threaded vs. clamp), body depth/length (short/long for shell variations), internal thread size for nozzles, and spa-specific fit—precise matching avoids leaks, misalignment, or restricted flow.

Common problems include leaks at the shell from cracked Hydro Air bodies or worn O-rings/gaskets, weak flow from internal scale/debris buildup, stripped internal threads from over-tightening nozzles, broken mounting tabs during removal, or vibration/noise from loose plumbing. Replacing a Hydro Air jet body restores watertight integrity and strong jet performance—typically a direct swap with new gasket and plumbing glue if needed.

To select the right Hydro Air jet body:
- Identify your spa brand/model, year, jet location (seat, back, neck, footwell), plumbing size (1" or 1-1/2"), mounting style (threaded/clamp), body depth, nozzle thread size, and any Hydro Air part numbers/markings (e.g., HA series codes) on the existing body.
- Note symptoms (leaks around jet base, weak flow, visible cracks or debris inside body), or body condition.
- Avoid guessing—send us clear photos of your existing Hydro Air jet body (showing rear housing, plumbing ports, internal threads, mounting flange/tabs, gasket/O-ring seats, shell penetration, and spa label with model/serial number) for expert verification.
