Air Buttons & Bellows

Air buttons and bellows are pneumatic control components used in hot tubs and spas
to activate air systems such as air blowers or air injectors without using
electrical switches. These pneumatic controls are specifically designed for wet
spa environments where electrical switches are not suitable.

When an air button is pressed it compresses a bellows or air chamber sending
pneumatic pressure through small tubing to a pneumatic air switch. The air switch
then activates the air system. This design keeps electrical components isolated
from water for safety and reliability.

This category includes spa air buttons pneumatic buttons bellows air chambers and
related replacement parts used to repair or restore air activated spa controls.

Common issues requiring replacement include cracked or leaking air buttons torn
or collapsed bellows weak or inconsistent activation stuck buttons or failure to
trigger the air system. Over time chemical exposure UV damage and normal wear can
cause bellows and pneumatic components to degrade.

Air buttons and bellows vary by mounting size button style bellows type and
connection method. Proper identification is important to ensure correct fit and
reliable operation.

If the air button presses normally but does not activate the air system the issue
may be a leaking bellows damaged tubing or a failed pneumatic air switch rather
than the button itself.

If you are unsure which air button or bellows is correct for your spa do not
guess. Text clear photos of the existing button bellows and control area and we
will help confirm the correct replacement before you order.
