Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus:

  • Original shipping cost (non-refundable)
  • 20% restocking fee

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect item shipped or defective item), we will cover the return shipping.
  • If you ordered the wrong part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

✅ Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your return is received and inspected as new and unused.

Electrical Parts Policy (Important)

⚠️ We do not accept returns on electrical parts.
However, if an electrical part arrives defective, we will provide a replacement based on the manufacturer defect/warranty policy.

Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Please note:

  • Some products may have shipping restrictions
  • We ship many orders using US Postal Service (USPS)
  • If your location does not have a mailbox, you may need to provide a P.O. Box

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on:

  • Item availability
  • Shipping method selected at checkout

Weight-Based Shipping

Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. Product weights can be found on the item detail page. All weights may be rounded up to the next full pound as required by shipping carriers.

Order Processing Time

We do everything possible to ship your part the same day or the next business day, depending on the time your order is placed and item availability.

We ship every day except Sunday. Saturday has an earlier cutoff time.
