This part is a Balboa Replacement Circuit board for an MS5000 Mach 3 system. It is a new board and can be found under several different numbers.. The compatible topside would be a MOLEX system plug not a phone plug. New models will come with the Plug-N-Click heater receptacle that can be removed.
