Simply cut the bad fitting off of 2" hard pipe and remove it from the system. Glue the 2" Spigot Street end of the Magicmend into a piece of 2" ID pipe to extend the pipe and either glue a 2" fitting over or glue a 1 1/2" Fitting inside.
