This tool can be used to drill out the hole in the boards when changing out relays.. After you desolder a relay you can use these bits to open the holes up then slide the new relay in the holes and solder.. This also helps you to prevent damage to the small turn on printer circuit connections.. These are easily damaged when removing the relays..
