Single Pole Single Throw Hi-Limit Switch with screw terminals, rated at 25 amps. The temp bulb has a 5/16" diameter and teh insulated capillary length is 18". This switch will replace models made by Eaton Mears, Robert Shaw and many more. Used to set the temperature in older mechanical spas from the earlky 90's and below.
