This part is a LA Spa Hot Tub Gray Neck Collar Style Pillow found on some 2003 and newer LA Spa Hot Tubs.
 
It is right at 11 " Wide Edge to Edge, 3 1/2" Tall rear on the edge top to bottom and it has 1 pin dead in the center in the bottom rear of the pillow..
 
Authentic LA Spas pillow also used in Adventure series model spas. This is a fin collar neck pillow for select model LA Spas hot tubs.
