This part is a Jacuzzi Spa Trap, Debris Attachment Trap (Mesh Skimmer Bag). Fits most J-300 Series, 2002 and newer and here is a link to the filter fr this tub too Jacuzzi Premium 2002+ Filter

Skimmer Bag has 6 holes around the top of the bag, and a 7th hole at the bottom on the strap to attach the bag to the skimmer door.
