This part is a 5 1/8" JACUZZI® Premium 1" Barb Maxx Power Pro Jet Body that fits some 2002-2005 models..
 
April 2003 introduced a removable 1” bayonet eyeball, barb style Jet Back 6540-743 above.
 
We recommend replacing all older 1-1/2" slip style Jet Backs with this component.
 
The current 6540-743 jet back can be identified by three red ink dots; one next to the barb fitting and two on the outer Jet Back lip
 
Order 3 Each To Replace Old Style Slip Jet Backs in J-340, J-345, J-350, J-355 J-360, J-365, J-370, J-375, J-380, J‑385 Models.
 
Replaced older PowerPro MX2 Jet in J-495/J-480/J-470/J-465/J-425/J-LX/J-LXL models manufactured between 8/5/13-11/2013.
