This puts is a removal kit for a Leviton Blank Face Style GFCI that is mounted on the front of some old style air button packs... As the Original GFCI is no longer available.. 
The Front Mounted GFCI part is no longer available the solution is this kit and install a modern day GFCI Box with Breaker inline with the incoming wire for the tub..
