Unibody gate valve with 2" slip fittings for hot tub and spa applications. This gate valve is also known as a slice valve and its job is to stop the water from leaving your spa when you disconnect your pump or heater for service. A common failure of these valves is that they no longer seal and water still leaks through them when closed. The inside diameter of the slip fitting that your pipe glues into is roughly 2-3/8".
