This part is a 2006-2008 Cool Nights Spas Balboa 7 Button Overlay for a VL701 or Serial Standard Topside for a (2) Pump and a Blower.
This Overlay can be used to replace your original Overlay no matter what brand as long as the button configuration works out. On the overlay starting at the right of the readout it reads Warm and Cool on the left of the readout on the top line reads Blower then Mode, and the lower left reads pump 1, pump 2 then light.

This Overlay has an Adhesive back you simply clean the old one off and peel the back line it up and stick.
