This part is a Cal Spa Gray 3 1/2" Jet Insert Maxi Flow Reg Face - 2001 American Products..

You remove this jet but taking a small flat screw driver and sliding the tab found inside the face around the edge out and grabbing the face and sliding the jet out of the body..
