This part is a Blackout, Adapter, Plate for an Analog Topside Control, Air, Tecmark, sometimes called a Command Center..This Tecmark / TDI Command Center conversion kit can be used to mate the new style Command Center to the older smaller size or to retro fit the Len Gordon or other style topside to Tecmarks. This conversion kit gives a nice finished look and perfectly adapts to wider cut outs.
