This part is a Balboa Circuit board for a Artesian Spa with MBP20P5R1A on the board tag..

The compatible topside would be a 4 Pin MOLEX system plug not a phone plug..

The original board number would have been 56346 this is the newest version..

Some of these systems were also paired with the black Revolution remote heater 55691(unattached to the pack)

Note: The Newest Verison of this board has been updated and will not be exactly like the original but it will work and is correct..
