Thispart is a 5 Scallop New Style 1" Gray Spa Hot Tub Air Valve.
 
The Valve Cap Width is approx. 2 3/4" and the Hole in the Spa Shell is approx. 1 5/8". 
 
We also offer this Air Control Valve in a Kit which Includes the Air Valve, (1) Air Manifold and related parts. Look in our store for those Kits!!

This Valve is Somewhat Universal and can be found in some Newer Hot Tub Applications as a replacement. Compare the measurements to be sure this is correct.
