This part is a 3 1/2" Marquis Straight Spa Jet. This Jet is 3 1/2" across the face edge to edge and the face in this tub sticks down into the surround in the tub..  Gray in color and is found in many Marquis Hot Tubs.

This particular Jet is removed by lifting a tab that is found in the center of the jet face on one side with a small flat screw driver and pulling out on the jet..

These jets are hard to grab to pull out on so I use a bent coat hanger with a hook and stick it into the center hole and grab that way with out pressure..
