2" Heater split nut repair union used to replace cracked and brittle heater unions on hot tubs and spas. This two piece split nut fits around your heater and is held together by two phillips head screws. Once the split nut is assembled you add your gasket to your threaded tailpiece, line it up to the heater and hand tighten the split nut down.
The flanged side has a 2-1/4" inside diameter and the female threads have a 3" inside diameter. If the male threaded tailpiece in your plumbing measures 3" then this is the split nut for you.
